I don't remember much of my human life.MY father had come over to Amsterdam from America in hopes of a fresh start. It didn't really work out I guess; we lived in the poor house there. All I had was my father and my brother. My father died when I was seven of some un-known disease. In his will he requested that my brother and I go to an orphanage. I remember my knuckles were bruised from the beatings I got, from the nuns at the orphanage, for not being able to read. In January, the year of my change, my brother died of bronchitis. About a month later, I ran away from the orphanage. In the middle of February, I was bitten by a vampire. His intentions, I knew, were to kill me, but somehow he didn't. Something chased him away. To this day I wonder what or who it was.

After the change I traveled around Europe. I was always on the go. I still am. I don't like staying in one place for too long. I don't trust anyone or anything. Especially humans. I don't like dealing with the cnsequences if one of them finds out anything. It's such a waste to dispose of one of them, especially if I'm not thirsty. Currently I'm in America, but I don't plan on staying here for much longer.
